  • If you have any issues with your parcel(s), please reach out to us within 7 working days of receipts. We cannot address requests received after this period.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by our delivery partners or unforeseen events beyond our control.

The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier-related fees charged by their country. Please note that international shipping may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances and customs clearance processes. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy
